STAY AND PLAY AT THE HISTORIC DISTRICT
One of the best parts of being a BnB owner is seeing people at a time of their lives when they are the most engaged and that includes times when they go to concerts or sporting events. I often have guests who stay at the Historic Bed and Breakfast to go to concerts at the Xcel Center. Whether it’s a girl night out and a concert or a date night of a couple who has their kids at the grandparents, it’s always fun to be a part of it. The Historic District Bed and Breakfast is a great place to stay for a concert. It’s within walking distance to the Xcel Energy Center and that is great for concertgoers who don’t want to deal with parking. There are also a number of great restaurants and bars that they enjoy before and after an event.
My guests don’t just come in for concerts, people stay at the Historic District Bed and Breakfast for sporting events at the Xcel Center. One super cute couple stayed at the Historic District Bed and Breakfast to see the Wild play at the Xcel. The wife had bought really great tickets for her husband who was also a hockey ref. It was a little too cold that day to walk, January in MN, so I had the pleasure of dropping them off and picking them up. Giving people free rides to events, when I can, is a service I like to provide- the anticipatory energy right before someone sees a concert or a big game is a thrill- even if I’m just dropping off 🙂
Holly, my lovely wife, and I started the Historic District Bed and Breakfast so that people would have a comfortable cozy place to stay that was close to fun things to do in the Twin Cities. We will never forget the women, girls night out y’all, who took over the house to go see the Pink concert, loved those strong ladies! Or the die-hard hockey fans who stayed with us during the frozen four hockey tournament. When people stay with us for concerts or sporting event or any event at the Xcel center we have their back, and that means we do whatever we can to support them having a safe, fun and comfortable time.
Buy a ticket for a concert and book a night with us- it’s an easy getaway (even a mid-week day off). Forget the rest and live life to its fullest. “Life moves pretty fast, if you don’t stop and look around once in a while you just might miss it” Ferris Bueller.
